Our return policy is: All products have a 100% money back guarantee if the request is made within 90 days of the purchase date.

To initiate a refund notify us at support@reverseautoimmune.com within 90 days of your purchase we will give you a full refund for the cost of the products.

• Shipping costs are not refundable.
  
• Return of Products: You may be asked to return all products if deemed necessary by the returns department.
• Return shipping: Return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer.
• Refunds do not apply to products that were damaged by the US postal service or any other mail carriers.
• You may file a claim a claim with the US postal service by clicking here for any packages damaged in transit.

Charges on customers credit card / bank statements will appear as “Intelligent Design, LLC” which is our parent company.

International Orders: Refunds on international orders will be processed upon return of all the purchased items which upon being found in good condition. Shipping on international orders in non-refundable, unless the package has been lost or damaged by the postal carriers.
