I’ve just watched some of your very interesting videos and I can say you really explained it well. I just want to ask if taking vitamin supplements are good for you such as: Vit c ascorbic acid powder, vit E, vit B, vitD, fish oil, cod liver oil, Magnesium citrate & calcium. That’s pretty much i take every day. Are these bad for my kidney and liver in the long run? If so, please help me what to do. God bless.

Vitamin supplements for the most part are not ideal. The primary go-to source of our vitamins should always first be quality nutritious food, and juicing. This is because those vitamins as they are packaged in nature come with many co-factors and other vitamins that are necessary for them to become bioactive in the body. In supplements the vitamins are often isolated from these other vitamins and co-factors which makes them less usable and in some rarer cases possibly harmful. So getting it in the original packaging is important. Secondly, the supplement vitamins are often lab knock off versions of what is actually found in the produce which can lead to other problems. I don’t know if these supplements will hurt your kidneys and liver but what I do know if you can easlily get all these you mentioned in food and sunshine. This is a short explanation to what could be a lengthy discussion, but hope this helps!
